Our jet tub stopped working and we didn't know what the problem was. We talked to Keith at Jetsetc and he walked us through the process of figuring out the problem. He was very helpful and really knew his stuff. He saved us having to rip everything out to start over. I would definitely recommend using Jetsetc and Keith.
We were over joyed to get our parts. The service was excellent and salesman was wonderful, he knew just what we need and send quickly. Could not be happier.
I recently purchased a control panel from JETSetc. for my wife's Jacuzzi tub. There were a few hiccups along the way (from their supplier and either Canada Post or the USPS) but the owners, Keith and Debbie, worked to correct it and make things right. You can feel confident (when ordering here) that they will take care of you. Thank you!
I spoke to Keith on the phone and he was amazing. He didn’t have time to come by, so he suggested I open the side panel and look for an obvious fix, and send him photos if needed. I was able to fix it on my own in a few minutes without any tools. Turns out it really was as simple as hand-tightening a connector. Thank you, Keith, for your guidance and for saving me a service call!
My short experience with Jets etc has been the best part of 2020. After searching and looking for how to replace the nasty peeling jets on the tub in my house and seeing that Lowes wanted $700 for a new trim package I found Keith and Debbie's website. The detail they put into the pictures and descriptions made it easy for me to unscrew an existing jet and figure out which one is the one I need.
