As a repeat customer of Jetset Plumbing I can confidently recommend the company as professional and organised. All of the plumbers I dealt with during a renovation and in the years since have been excellent. Most recently Ben proved to be knowledgeable, reliable and thorough. He has great communication skills and nothing was too much trouble. He was proactive and steady in his approach to problem solving and quoting. Highly recommended.
Jem, Ryan and their team were amazing. They went above and beyond to fix my damaged water pipe and sewage pipe. They worked on it all day Thursday and came back on Saturday to make sure it was fixed. They left the area cleaner than what it was before they arrived. Jem took the time to keep me informed every step of the way. Very friendly and professional. I am so grateful that I had called them and they were able to come out the same day. I can’t thank them enough. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
It's never fun having plumbing troubles but Keith makes it a lot less painful! He's proud of his work, triple checks it in front of you, and leaves the area cleaner than when he arrived. We look forward to having your help in the future!
