Do NOT use them. Disappointing. He did not give me an itemised quote before he did the job. Sent an email behind my back. Very expensive. He failed to tell me that he was going to change my washing machine hoses or I would have refused the job. He did not tell me he was going to change things on my washing machine. Only one tap needed attention. Now I have to get the washing machine people to correct what he did and get another plumber to change the taps. WASTED MY MONEY.

After weeks of extremely low tap pressure, Keith replaced the flow restrictor valve, flushed all flow restrictors in each tap and restored our tap pressure to its original strength. He was lovely to deal with and conscientious.
