This is a review for the management team and the cancellation process of the place. I liked the studio and the instructors however due to schedule conflicts and limited time after 6 months I decided to cancel. I found the owner elitist and agist! Just look at her instructor base! They’re all 20 something and drop dead gorgeous! Because I felt this way, judged, I also looked at her other facilities in Florida… All the same! I saw few instructors, if any, over the age of 30! And all stunning made of the same cloth! For sure my feeling judges was accurate. That said, I did actually consider joining, but after this experience, and as a more mature participant, I would not be comfortable in an environment where the culture is discrimin... read more

That said, I did consider joining, but after this experience, and as an older participant, I would not be comfortable in an environment where the culture is discriminatory.

It’s a great studio but I wish they offered different levels of classes - for someone starting out this class is very fast paced and intense. I’ve been a couple and they also keep the studio pretty warm and didn’t turn on the AC any of the times I’ve been which can make it easy for someone to feel like they are getting dizzy especially with this intense of a class.

They’re honestly amazing. It was my first time here and I loved it so much. Everyone is so kind, from the front desk to the instructors. Ms. Cheryl is incredibly sweet and patient. I highly recommend it to anyone thinking about trying it, even if you feel unsure. They answer all your questions and guide you through everything step by step. I felt so welcomed and it made me happier than I can even explain, especially as someone who gets nervous trying new things.
