This JETSET is such an amazing studio! The instructor was well trained and the staff made me feel welcome and excited for the class. Their pop ups are also fun and getting to try new products. Excited to keep attending these classes, and man they kick my butt!!
What’s the point of listing a class on ClassPass as if it can be booked for 10 credits, only for it to say “full membership required” once you actually try to book? That makes no sense. If it’s not available through ClassPass credits, don’t advertise it like it is. Total waste of time and misleading.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the blatant disregard for studio policy at this location. I arrived at the door at 7:04 PM and reached the front desk at 7:05 PM—exactly at the 5-minute grace period mark. Despite being on time, the staff member, Maya, refused to let me into class and informed me she would be charging me a late fee. Avoid this studio at all costs. I purchased a two-week unlimited pass for $115, but the management here is clearly more interested in predatory "fee-farming" than actually providing a service. Their official policy explicitly states a 5-minute grace period. I arrived exactly 4 minutes late (well within the allowed window) only to find they had already given my spot away to someone else. I purchased the 8 class monthly package, and I think it’s a great value for the price. It really helps keep me accountable and motivates me to work out consistently. I took classes with Mackenzie and Rose, and both instructors were excellent. They always noticed when my form was incorrect and corrected me right away, which made me feel supported and safe. The class atmosphere was also very positive and welcoming. I started with zero fitness background and had barely worked out before, but Pilates turned out to be really fun.... read more
