Had an awesome class experience with Mackenzie! She provided a very welcoming atmosphere, especially for a beginner to reformer Pilates. The class was quite challenging, but she definitely taught to her room and provided modifications where needed. Will be taking class from her again for sure!
I attended two out of three classes, and the other instructors were great. However, my experience with Maggie Mae R. was very disappointing. Even when I tried to communicate, she ignored me and continued instructing without acknowledgment. At one point, she even waved her hand dismissively. It felt like she was more focused on talking than actually engaging with or guiding clients. Overall, the class felt unprofessional and lacked proper guidance—I genuinely felt like my 45 minutes with her were wasted.
I was really excited to try this studio, especially since they were offering free opening classes and allowing clients to take up to 3. I added myself to several waitlists because I was flexible and wanted to see what times I could get into. I took one class, which was sub par, but was eager to try other instructors to see if it was just a fluke.
