Ich liebe diesen Ort! Anfangs war es hart. Alles ist sehr schnell und ungewohnt aber wenn man sich dran gewöhnt hat macht es so viel Spaß. Ich habe mich so wohlgefühlt. Jeder trainiert auf dem eigenen Level, keiner wir verurteilt oder schief angeschaut. Ich konnte wirklich mein Selbstbewusstsein stärken und mochte die Diversität und die verschiedenen Körpertypen im Studio sehr. Es ist ein sehr intensives Workout, was mich echt an meine Grenzen gebracht hat. Suchtgefahr!
I did my first class today because a friend recommended it and I loved it. I will definitely be coming back. Katie S was the instructor and she did an amazing job!
Paula is an incredible instructor! She has great attention to form and creates classes that are challenging in the best way. They leave you feeling strong and accomplished. What I love most about Paula’s classes is her unique style and how she incorporates mindfulness into the practice. In the class I took, she encouraged us to set an intention and return to it throughout the workout, which made the experience feel more intentional and grounding. Highly recommend taking one of her classes!
I can't even put into words how much I love being a member of Jetset North Hills! This studio is such a vibe and i really enjoy the instructors. Friendly, not intimidating, and totally supportive.
