I had a very disappointing experience during my first visit. I recently moved to Fort Lauderdale and decided to try this studio as a new client with no prior Pilates experience. I made the effort to wake up early and arrived 4 minutes before class, only to be met with a very unwelcoming attitude at the front desk. We were told by the front desk our membership would be cancelled, the next month, we got charged again. For 6 days we called and emailed and everyday they said they would cancel it and refund us. We then got connected with the manager Kaitlyn Grimail, after a week of her staff emailing her she finally reached out to us, she assured us she took care of it and proceeded to never follow up and never do anything. Definitely an outstanding workout in a great atmosphere with competent and friendly instructors and studio staff. I do resistance and cardio training all the time but am reminded of what I’m missing out on every time I do Pilates at JetSet. I feel muscles and see results like no other.
This class was so good I have to leave a review here too not just on class pass! I took my first Pilates class with Kelly and was honestly a little intimidated going in, but she immediately made me feel so welcome. She took the time to show me the reformer, offered helpful corrections throughout class, and was so kind and encouraging the entire time. The routine was amazing and challenging in the best way. I can’t wait to keep coming back to her classes!
Absolutely love Kelly and her classes ..look forward to my Saturday 1pm class hoping she has some mid week classes soon!
