Very disappointing experience. We arrived on time but were not allowed to join because we didn’t arrive 15 minutes early — something that was not clearly stated on ClassPass as a strict requirement. The administrator, Jules, told us we could simply come back in an hour and that it wouldn’t be an issue. Don’t bother showing up a second late. Not worth the time or energy to show up. Been to sooo many different Pilates classes. Would recommend going elsewhere
I showed up 2 minutes before class start. I’ve done many Pilates classes before but never at “Jetset”. They said I was supposed to be there 5 minutes early to show me the equipment. Because of this, they did not let me in the class, which was half empty.
