Contacted Jets to come and quote a spigot installation for our business on 9/15. Replied they were busy but would call back to schedule. Contacted again on 9/17 since I hadn't heard from them. Still no reply. Contacted on 9/23 still nothing. Moved on to another company and they had the quote in my hands in three days from time of contacting.
JET Residential Services installed our heat pump and upgraded our outdated amp service. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Excellent service!! Jason and the team at Jets Residential Services are polite and professional. Jason took the time to explain our options for a new heating/ cooling system. They did an excellent job installing the new system. They had the new system installed in a timely manner and they did a great job cleaning up. We highly recommend Jets Residential Services for any heating, cooling, plumbing or electrical issue you may have.
Jason and his team did a great job installing mini splits into my house. He took the time to explain what I was buying and listened to how I’d like them installed. A member of his team, John, even took the time to fix a pump in the evening they installed it (well after the team was done working for the day.) The team goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy.
Jason & his team were fantastic! They replaced our furnace and AC unit with a new heat pump. Their team communicated clearly as to what they were going to do and how they were going to do it, and were always pleasant to work with. Their quote for the work was also very competitive and fair. We'd be happy to hire them again
