The food is great,but the service being such trash is unacceptable. We literally spend almost 100 dollars once to twice a week on Jets Pizzas Preston location . The food is truly good,and at first, it was always perfect,but then the past 3-5 times, it's been negligent mess up after messing up or not caring. Was recently in Texas for my brothers wedding, and being we're from Michigan, I figured it would only be right to get some delicious pizza that would remind us of our times growing up back home. The staff was very nice and welcoming and the pizza was just as delicious as I had remembered. 10/10 would recommend this location.
I came to pick up an Uber eats order for a customer not knowing that the restaurant was closed. By the way whoever is the owner operator or store manager needs to update the hours of operations on the POS system provided by Uber so this doesn't happen in the future because this does come against us. The gentleman that was working tonight June 18th 2025 that closed was very rude very very rude.
