I love this Jets pizza team. My orders are always correct and on time. Any issues I have had in the past have always been corrected at the store level. The delivery drivers are always friendly and on time. I love Jets pizza!
During my visit on March 6th, I experienced behavior that felt both disrespectful and discriminatory. After providing my name for my order and thanking the employee, I overheard her mutter a homophobic slur under her breath as I walked away. Additionally, when handing me my receipt, the same employee appeared unwilling to touch me and spoke in a noticeably disgusted tone. This behavior was unprofessional and deeply inappropriate.
