Jets Inc has such a comprehensive range of tools and equipment. Even if not shown on their website, they have a very well stocked warehouse and can supply almost anything on demand including high-end & professional and budget options. They are always very accessible on the phone with very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff and it is always a pleasure for me to shop here.

I needed a steam boiler sight gauge so I did a search on Google and it led me to the jetsinc.com site. They had the product I needed, but I noticed they were on the West Coast and I'm in Pennsylvania. My search also found a listing of theirs on eBay. The heating season is upon us and I was concerned about how long it would take to ship. I waited until they were open (3 hour time difference) and called the number. Unprofessional, rude, not helpful staff and very disappointing experience! I made an expensive order online on Jet's website, since company advertising 48 hours delivery. Ordered 1.5 week before, since needed the product in time, because it was a birthday present. After 6 days of complete silence emailed them about status. Was informed that I made a mistake in my order, and they will not process it. Completely unsatisfied. Ordered supply, order was not processed, supply was not delivered. Customer service was non provided. Highly recommend Rio Grande Jewelry Supply instead of this store.
