DON’T call this mob. Save yourself the agony. Had an emergency. Gave me a time. Didn’t turn up. When I tried to call them to get an update on an ETA would not answer the phone and then switched the phone off. If you have an emergency go elsewhere. Their service is appalling.

We called in an emergency situation, and they said yes they’d come out. Then they did not show up and turned off their mobile so we couldn’t contact them. I don’t have an issue if they didn’t want to do the emergency work. Just tell us so we can find someone else. Don’t waste your time.

Ali came out the exact same day we called and fixed our switchboard. His communication was excellent throughout, and he did a fantastic job getting everything working safely. If you need a reliable electrician, Ali is your guy!

Had an emergency electrical issue in Kew. Ali responded quickly and professionally to resolve all the problems caused a power surge. I would recommend him.
