We have installed Jetrock systems and they do great. I recommend Jetshield Urethane cements because of how much moisture it can handle.

Jet Rock will not warranty their product with their installation on our property. Before discussing Jet Rock automatically blames the issue on the customers subfloor. Our subfloors were inspected and approved by the Jet Rocks installer that they put on the job prior to Jet Rock installation. The owner of Jet Rock will not return calls to discuss the issue. I made a mistake and did not do my due diligence on the company. From further research, I have found out that I am not the only one that this has happened to.
As a superintendent for a large GC who has been screwed over by under prepared and unqualified flooring installers, I can guarantee JetRock will take care of you and go the extra mile to make the job right.
