The worst receiving guys they don’t know how to talk. They talk so rudely I check in 8 AM and now is 12:15 PM still waiting for the door

It's a Jetro/ Restaurant Depot. They are mostly the same. Where they differ most is in customer service. I can say with confidence, considering I've been to at least 7 different locations, that this one is the worst in customer service. No one has a clue. All I wanted to know was how much the tax rate was, and not only did no one know what the tax rate in NYC is, but no one could direct me to the appropriate person or resource to find out. No respect for customers. Staff aren't property trained. My suspicion is that some of the staff just came out of prison and they are on probation. If that's a case, there is no problem with that but in return they must be trained better.
