BEWARE on what fees you agree with when WASEEM is your broker. Last minute additional fees were added to my final settlement that were not disclosed. A complaint has been filed with the Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending.

Waseem is the man! Waseem, Phil and Janel were all great, they were very responsive and on top of everything.
