Scammers. Intra-country flights were included in the package, but they booked those with my credit card. That adds $275 to the cost. More lies every time I reach out for a refund
Do not trust this company. They are taking your money to upgrade the flight upfront and later date they will change your flight to lowest level you can get. Hotel are good but they give you lowest rooms when you check in and when you ask for better room they are not helpful. do not trust this company. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT CARE FOR YOUR VACATION.
My parents and their friends booked a trip with Jet Line. Jet Line changed their flights from Mallorca to Madrid a few days prior to the trip. They originally were to land in Madrid in the early afternoon, so my parents booked tours for late afternoon in Madrid (on their own, because Jet Line didn’t book tours). But with Jet Line rescheduling the flight (without warning) to now arrive in Madrid at 8:30 PM, it threw a wrench in their plans. Booked a holiday with this company and then read the reviews and was really worried but it was all fine. They were easy to communicate with and very friendly so I don’t understand all the negative reviews at all.
