Our ensuite shower needed repair and we had a leak in our second bathroom from the shower head. Johnny fixed both issues with proficiency and ease. Excellent service and good explanation of what the issues were. We will use Jetco again! Thanks Johnny!!
Jetco was the sub trade on our Renovation. We reached out to their service department when unexpectedly water appeared at the base of our toilet. We also wanted to move the garburator. Meeting Johnny was a pleasure. He was extremely knowledgable and made sure nothing had been missed. He went above and beyond in ensuring the problem was solved. Worked performed by Matthew M was amazing. He knows his stuff, highly recommend. Straight shooter, gets to the bottom of the issue. He was able to contact navien and get me almost my entire unit covered under warranty (thank you to navien too, for going above and beyond). Had Matthew install soft water system while he was at my place. Nice install, neat & tidy, and work area cleaned up.
Johnny Shanks from Jetco came out to replace our kitchen sink. He worked hard and put in extra effort to redo and fix everything with our plumbing (in the kitchen) that was causing issues. I am so happy with the work and Johnny’s friendly service.
