Navien hot water heater intermittent issues. First technician appointment, no-show and no communication. Second technician appointment plenty of communication different technician was not able to resolve the issue. Communicated to Jetco, but have received no follow up.
Matthew, from Jetco, was an excellent technician. He was knowledgeable, efficient, polite and an excellent communicator. He did great work, I highly recommend.
Jorden, Don, Jolene — all responded to my emergency backed up tub etc… always my first choice. Don will look after you — call and or email and he and Jolene will set you up right away. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending these guys! Fast, efficient and affordable. Called them at 8:00 AM on a Monday morning and they were on site by 10:00 AM! We, unfortunately, had to replace our water heater, and they had a new one delivered and installed the next day. Jordan was polite and professional throughout both visits. We will be recommending them to all our friends when they need any plumbing needs.
Johnny luckily managed to quickly identify an unusual problem with my old (@15yr) Navien system and find a cheap and (relatively) easy work-around. Very professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend.
