First and foremost, thank you for Jetco Mechanical for having great, wonderful staff and technicians who aim to please and very helpful. Johnny went the extra mile to get our hot water tank going again, replace the vapor sensor, checked all the connections make sure it's good. Our hot water is working again so far so good. Excellent work! Failed solder joint on the master bedroom shower, with repair access a challenge. Cut an 8 x 8-inch hole in the master bedroom closest to access repairs. Very nonintrusive, making the drywall repair easy. Quality workmanship. Thanks! Matt

I had a leak on my navien tankless water heater. Called jetco and they sent someone out as soon as they could. They told me the cost up front before doing any work and made it very clear. The technicians name was Matthew. And after all of this I would highly recommend asking for him. It turns out it was the heat exchanger that was leaking . And our unit only had 2 years of warranty left. Matthew got in contact with navien and had all of the parts warrantied .
