Always a great experience with Jetco Mechanical! I called Jetco when I found water on my basement floor. Fast and immediate response time. Joeline came out to the house and she was amazing!! Joeline was very professional, knowlegeable, and thorough. Found the issue immediately and my issue was resolved. She was awesome! Thank you!!
I want to give a shout-out to Don Graham with Jetco. I had an extensive issue with a heat exchanger. The job didn't go perfect, though that happens at times. What matters is Don went out of his way to make it right. Few companies do this and it is appreciated.
Had Johnny in to deal with the cleaned up swimming pool caused by my bar sink. There are times you shouldnt do something yourself..and this was definatly one of those times. Found him efficiant, personable and quick to offer helpful advice. The discussion about how his gf could save money on her nails was just a bonus. Hopefully I'll never need that kind of service again ( let me have my delusions, ppl!), but if is req, I'll def be calling this company for the work.
Excellent service from service technicians, Matthew and Ethan, today. Had to have our Navien system replaced and they were very professional and courteous. Highly recommend!
