Johnny was professional, friendly and very efficient. He provided good tips and advice for future reference . I will definitely recommend Jetco for heating system repair.
Hot water heater gave out this morning. Called Jetco and they assigned Johnny who called ahead got details and assessed so he could arrive same day with all the parts to get me running again. He was pleasant, professional and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. He paid great attention to detail and found issues that had been overlooked by others. Left the place clean and looking great. I highly recommend him.
The plumber did an excellent job. He was very kind and genuinely seemed compassionate about his work, which made the whole experience much more comfortable. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing, he worked quickly, and everything was handled well and professionally. I would definitely recommend.
Johnny was so helpful in resolving a slow leaking kitchen sink! He was fast, friendly and a real great experience when having someone in your home!
