Outstanding customer service. I had an issue on my end with the credit card that I used to purchase Thrust Vectors.I emailed Jetboat Pilot who responded with a phone call within a few hours.They were very understanding and helpful and my product was still shipped that day. What a great company! I haven’t received the product yet, but when they processed the order they saw that I may have made an error. They took the time to call me and verify prior to shipping. Turns out I did make a mistake and they corrected it right away. It saved me time and frustration from having to place another order! What a great organization! I will be ordering my impeller from them for sure now if this is the service they give for a small plastic part!
