This is a well ran company that provides great service and well made products. I over ordered and it didn’t slip through the cracks, they called and questioned my order and resolved it immediately. 👍🏼
I have ordered from JBP 3 times now. The customer service is second to none. I even ordered the wrong oil change kit for my 24 AR220 and instead of shipping the wrong one (which would have been my fault) they paused the order and immediately contacted me to make sure I ordered what I wanted. They were kind enough to correct the order, issue me a partial refund because what I actually needed was cheaper then what I ordered, and I had my parts by weeks end. I will ABSOLUTELY give my business to JBP again when the time comes.

Great company, with support on the phone, social media and videos. The owner is a true DIY motivator. Multiple products are upgrades to issues that Yamaha boats need. Thrust Vectors is one of them and changed my boat ownership experience. Thank you
