I sent my Yamaha screen in for repair and have had nothing but issues throughout the entire process. The first time it was returned, the housing was broken and had been poorly glued back together, with pieces literally falling off in the box. I sent it back, expecting the issue to be properly corrected, but they refused to replace or properly repair it and simply glued it again. Will & his crew are the absolute best! I actually brought my 2024 FSH 222 up from Tampa last year to have them install the Seakeeper system. Communication was amazing, they did a great job with the install and all I can say is that they made me feel like family which is virtually non-existant in todays world! I really wish they were in Tampa!
Overall a good experience. I purchased one of their consignment boats. Everything on their end was great. Will was responsive to my questions and when we did the wet test Will personally spent some time with me going over techniques for docking and trailering. As for the customs work I had done, keel guard and radio with another glove compartment. Everything they did was top notch.
