My New Orleans – New York – Paris flight on August 29 was cancelled by JetBlue after we had already waited over 2 hours at the airport. The consequences: > arrived in Paris 24 hours late, > one passenger rerouted to London and left to pay for his own way to Paris, > promised business class seats suddenly withdrawn in Boston (my boarding pass was literally torn up by a supervisor!), > no clear information about our rights, no compensation offered.
