Jon at Jet Air was amazing! His attention to detail in diagnosing and fixing my Toyota’s HVAC system was above and beyond. He made it very convenient for me to drop off and pick up my vehicle after hours and kept me in the loop on what he was doing and put it into normal language to someone who doesn’t speak HVAC. Thank you for your quick and thorough service to get my whole system and heat back up and running. Will definitely recommend and be using this shop for all my vehicles.
Jon is super knowledgeable. He gave me a great explanation of my AC issues and a fair quote. The work was done in a timely manner as promised and the charges were less than quoted because as Jon had predicted, my unit did not need as much Freon as thought. Great experience. Highly recommend.
