Bath and hand basin blocked up yesterday, rang John up late morning, one of his people called me and was here just after 1pm and after quite a bit of effort cleared it for me. Brilliant service, definitely recommend.
Initially no real issues. Then started to not show up when he was supposed to. Then he did the work but left a large pile of waste. I stupidly paid him as he was going on holiday as he promised to come back and clear it and top up the chamber if there was any sinkage from his work. Since then he’s been ghosting me, now his work has also been found to be sub standard. Now I have same issue to rectify, a pile of waste, and a sinking garden. I am taking him to small claims court. Avoid at all costs.
After a recent drainage problem, I contacted John to help us identify the root cause of the problem. John came out next day and did a cctv inspection. Quickly identifying the problem, John priced the work up and gave us a very reasonable price to prevent recurrence of the original problem. He worked quickly and efficiently throughout leaving our drainage in a much improved position on completion of the works.. Great company, answered the phone promptly, had someone at my property within 30 minutes. Drain unblocked, cleaned and any residue cleaned away. Great service.. would use again and recommend.
