Initially no real issues. Then started to not show up when he was supposed to. Then he did the work but left a large pile of waste. I stupidly paid him as he was going on holiday as he promised to come back and clear it and top up the chamber if there was any sinkage from his work. Since then he’s been ghosting me, now his work has also been found to be sub standard. Now I have same issue to rectify, a pile of waste, and a sinking garden. I am taking him to small claims court. Avoid at all costs.

After a recent drainage problem, I contacted John to help us identify the root cause of the problem. John came out next day and did a cctv inspection. Quickly identifying the problem, John priced the work up and gave us a very reasonable price to prevent recurrence of the original problem. Great company, answered the phone promptly, had someone at my property within 30 minutes. Drain unblocked, cleaned and any residue cleaned away. Great service.. would use again and recommend.

I can see why Jet2Clear has got an unblemished Google review history. John is one of the most professional and friendly tradesman I've ever dealt with. I was digging out a border in our garden and came across a broken clay pipe that took rainwater to a soak-off. I'd noticed previously that the drain couldn't cope with sudden downpours and this was why. What remained of the pipe was rammed full of mud that had compacted.
