Yeah don't bother, go to Callwell. I hadn't used this car wash for a couple of years because of lack of maintenance. Because it's just around the corner I thought I'd give it another go, big mistake. The high pressure soapy water was just high pressure dirty water, no soap at all. I put in 3×2 dollar coins, it only registered $4. I gave up and went to Calwell. I've complained previously via the mobile number. The owners have obviously just given up and don't care. Not sure how they're still in business.

Went here and paid with the eftpos machine and it took my money from me! I ended up paying double for a car wash service that wasn’t worth it.

Do not go here, the manual wash machine I used today did not work properly and there is insufficient soap coming out of the high pressure soap setting and the soap brush had almost no foaming soap. As I was putting coins into the machine, it wouldn't go past more than 3 mins so it cost me $8 for no wash, waste of time, go somewhere else!

What a rip off. First bay I tried the time remaining didn't work. So moved to another one, only half of the panel selection buttons worked. This timer again didn't seem to work properly. Put in quite a few coins, showed the time about 12 mins. Only a couple of minutes later said was running out of time,I put more coins in, the timer didn't change. Never use them.

Paid $18 to take my car through the car wash and drove in to realise the machine was half hanging down and the stop and go lights were changing. Realising the machine was broken I was unable to drive forward so I reversed out. Tried calling for over a week to organise a refund with no answer. I drove past and can see the machine is fixed as it was in use however still no return of phone call. Poor customer service.
