Only way of communication with this company is to leave messages. After a few days they do contact me to set appointment but never shows. Once again leaving messages. After a few day they contact me leaving a message for me to return their call that they wanted to make sure that someone was going to be home for the appointment that was already set for me when I contact them. Once again leaving a message still waiting for ANY EMPLOYEE OR TECH to get back with me.
I recently worked with Jo for a jet ski maintenance service. He was kind, honest and had great communication with me throughout the process. I would highly recommend using Jet-tek!
Joe and Joey are the most decent and honest guys. Wonderful to work with and there isn't a ski they can't fix. Would recommend them to anyone who has a jet ski and needs service. Top Notch for sure! You can't forget about Candi, she is the lady that keeps the business running smoothly. Candi is both professional and personable and is always there to make you smile!
I have owned boats for over 30 years and I have NEVER experienced this level of professional service from anyone in the marine industries. They confirm appointments, show up when they say they will and do everything they say they will and more! I am absolutely blow away and would highly recommend them to anyone needing service on their jet boat/ski!!
