Unfortunately I had a very bad experience trying to order crew meals for our pilots who flying in on a long flight and needed some crew meals upon there arrival int EGE airport. I called in the morning to request and a guy who answered was not helpful at all. He said "you know these are catering prices you're gonna get", I responded "ok". When I gave him the first order, he said "we don't have white rice and we certainly don't have black beans".
