I was charged at Wash Station #6, but the wash never started. I waited about 4 minutes after paying the $4.00 charge, but nothing came out at all. This was a horrible experience and extremely frustrating. This occurred on July 15 at approximately 8:20 PM. I also tried calling the phone number listed on Google Maps and at the station multiple times, but it was not working. I’ve attached a video for reference. I would appreciate a refund and hope this issue can be resolved promptly.
$3 down the drain. The vacuum with the card reader had 0 suction. It wouldn’t pick up a thing. Number on Google says it isn’t assigned. I literally left 30 seconds in because it wouldn’t suck up anything. This used to be my go to place but not anymore.
Payment was taking from account and vaccum not working. No phone number working. No one here to give any solutions. Date 22 may 2026 time 11:35 am to 11:40 am you can check your camara also.
Worst wash ever.
i just came here for wash my car and i was in bay 5 i tap on the machine time start and water didn’t came from the pipes may be its frozen and nobody is here for checking that or for refund they just steal money
