First I want to say thank you to Omari and Jimmy, they have been more than accommodating with me in fixing my issues. Being a veteran I tend to expect a lot when it comes to customer service. With this companys owner being a veteran im sure he expects the same and should from his own company. Our experience with Jet Solar has been pretty much the same as others have posted. You never can get an answer and we were told that the wrong micro inverters were installed and someone would be out to fix it. Well many calls on our part and a couple of cancellations by Jet Solar and still nothing. We are like others no Solar service yet and paying monthly for it and the monthly electric bill. DONT DO IT!!!!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!! THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS A NIGHTMARE. I was advised it would take 3 months IT ENDED UP 8 MONTHS. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. The owner is a smooth talker who knows NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR HIS OWN BUSINESS. CONSTANT turn over rate with employees. A DISGRACE TO MILITARY SERVICE.
