We had sooo much fun in South Padre Island, TX. This jetski rental place had nice staff, reasonable prices and good equipment. The whole of the jetski area is 4 feet deep extending off the gulf of Mexico if I remember correctly we were informed the 4 feet extends 3000 feet out off the gulf so if you fall off...just stand up!, lol

Oh. My. God. Looking at the reviews on this place was enough to scare me away and they all say the same thing. Poor customer service and rude over the phone. When called out on this the owners actually went out of their way to call a reviewer a cry baby and said they probably wouldn't fit in. I'm all for tough love and being straightforward but this was just plain rude and childish. Whoever runs this business obviously has no experience and that's why the have the worst reviews of any Jetski place I've looked at. I won't eve... read more
Stay away from this place.. Very irritating customer service..try some place better or enjoy their rude behavior..
