The greatest experience ever.....Awesome people, very polite and easy for filling out paperwork.
We arrived on time, had booked and already paid for a boat for two hours. Later, another group showed up after us, but at the last minute we were told that they would get the boat instead because they booked for four hours, which was “more profitable” for the company. This is absolutely unacceptable. The service was terrible: the young tall blonde woman we spoke with was rude and canceled our booking right on the spot. I have been here quiet a few times over the years and always the whole experience is top notch! Great staff, the Owner Andy is amazing, and equipment is solid. All around great place! I highly recommend it!
The staff was unhelpful and took an excessively long time to process our paperwork. The instructions for operating the jet ski missed a crucial detail: the compartment where you store your belongings can open unexpectedly when it’s tipped over, we lost our personal items and car keys. It seemed like they didn’t care at all about their customers
