Do not rent from here. Our boat died in the lake and we called for help & they sent no one. We got towed back to the dock by someone who saw us in need of help on a jet ski. We came back an hour and a half early and were only refunded $10 in gas money. We said we didn’t come back on our own merit and would have stayed out on the boat if it worked and we were told we brought it back early so no refunds per “management”. putting one star because zero isnt an option. Went to the shop and made a reservation for two jet skiis to take out the next day, which was an easy process, however when we arrived the next day we were informed that we were supposed to have arrived 30 minutes early to do paperwork, which was the first we had heard of this policy, so then our start time was pushed back by 30 minutes. once we filled out our paperwork, then we were informed we needed to have a credit card on file in order to rent the skiis for damage purposes. ... read more
We rented a boat and a tube over the weekend for my bday, and we had so much fun! Every staff member we encountered was so chill and helpful. We had a little mishap and they were so quick to help and were so nice about it. We will definitely rent from them again.
Let’s start off with the staff was nice…I’ll give credit where credit is due. My husband and I rented 1 hour jet skis, we each had our own seperate jet ski. I have been eagerly awaiting to ride jet skis for a while (bucket list) and was stoked when hubby surprised me with this!
