We had the best time jet skiing with Jet Ski ahoy! The staff is kind and helpful and the jet skis were so fun! Everything was in great shape too!
Folks were nice and it was a fun experience, but having to write your credit card information on a sheet of paper to ride a jet ski is an insane practice -- it is the least secure transaction I think I have ever made. Please migrate to a point of sale system.
Gave us a broken jetski we had video proof that it was already broke (we bought the premium too) showed them the video and they didn’t say a word about it still charged us 500 dollars for a 2 in piece of fiberglass.
The customer service was terrible we were first approached by a sweet blonde girl and then handed off to someone who asked us all the same questions the first girl did. We were understanding of it being busy however the short brunette girl was very sassy, and entitled and we felt like they were just trying to get rid of us. It was hard to even feel comfortable asking questions because we felt judged and a like we were just pests.
