I will never order from them again, and hope none of my author friends do either. Ordered 550 paperback books and they arrived in less than acceptable printed condition. Owner insinuated I had something to do with it, but vowed to make it right. Reprints arrived in the same condition. Over $3000 worth of garbage. I let him know, but never heard from him again.
