Cassie, my stylist, was wonderful. I stopped going to the salon when a few hours before my apt, one of the owners called me to ask if I could come early, as the apt before me cancelled. I waited 6 wks for that time & didn't think that I should be punished because someone else cancelled their apt. I felt that the owner had total disregard for the fact that I work downtown and could not get to the salon before the time I scheduled.
I got a bad perm, looked like a poodle, not at all like the big curls in the pics I showed the girl. However, the owner was extremely nice when I went in a few days later. She knew that a perm is not how to achieve that look and plus I looked so bad. She refunded me all of my expenses. It was just one I experienced stylist. The salon is fine by me.
