The two blond emts that do transports for emerald nursing and rehabilitation have zero regards for the people that live in the alley behind this facility they block the road where there is a clear space for them. Then when the residents say something to them they have a huge attitude and curse at you. This company really needs to look at the quality of individuals they hire.

This company took such good care of my grandmother! I was blown away by how helpful both of the ambulance employees were. If you ever get the pleasure of having jet serve you or your family, pray you get the tall handsome man with tattoos and a southern accent. He was so amazing and funny and my grandmother loved him. There was an incident on the off-ramp of RT83 where the driver of the ambulance did not want to let another vehicle merge. The driver yelled out of the window and stated I hit his mirror. We were in stand still traffic and I didn’t see out of my mirror that I hit his. If I did it was just a tap because we weren’t moving. There was a horrible accident on 83 and traffic halted.
