We did recently received services from this company. Although they we did not hire them directly and they were subcontracted to perform the task, I want to personally thank them for bringing my father back to the states. Raul was the Dr. on the flight. I cannot thank them enough for their care and quick response. To you Raul, thank you again for bringing my dad home. Our family is very appreciative of you and your team. We will never forget what you have done for our family.

I want to thank Jet Air Rescue for saving my father in law. He had to be transported from Mexico to California due to a serious medical condition. Alex Garcia explained all the process thoroughly and the staff that accompanied my father in law were very professional. Price is very reasonable and is worth every penny. I highly recommend this air ambulance and their great services. Please people, don’t think it’s a scam. Everything is legit.

Be careful where you spend your money.... Some companies can't follow through on what they promise.

They have yet to refund my deposit of almost $19,000, paid upfront prior to transfer. BCBS paid the cost of the transfer entirely, with nothing due from the patient. I have been trying to get a response from them for over a year. They are non responsive to my inquiries. Would not recommend this business.
