Jet Probate/Dana Whiting Law did an excellent job in processing my Probate Case. My main contact is Tracey - who was fantastic and helpful throughout the process. There are only two small items I believe could use improvement: 1) Better inform new clients of what the "flat rate fee" includes and what it does not include to avoid confusion for extra expenses. 2) Have at least one person with available at all times with authority to conduct a final review and approval. I would use and/or refer Dana Whiting Law in the future.
