Luke’s level of service and professionalism is absolutely perfect. From the initial visit to diagnose the fault with our hot water service, quoting and then replacement of our old unit, Luke was efficient, polite and made us feel like his number one customer from the get go. If you don’t use Luke you’re missing out on top tier service! Five stars from us! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Luke and the team at Jet Plus are exceptional plumbers. I’ve used them multiple times and they’ve always been reliable, professional, and efficient. Their systems and processes are benchmark – proven by their national awards and recognition. That’s why it’s so disappointing to see fake 1-star reviews left by people who have never even used the service, purely to try and extort money. It’s disgraceful behaviour and completely unfair to a small business that goes above and beyond for its customers.

Luke and Jack at Jet Plus Plumbing are exceptional. I had a quote from another plumbing company that was way overpriced, but Jet Plus Plumbing offered fair pricing without compromising on quality. It’s hard these days to find a plumbing company that’s both honest and diligent, but these guys tick all the boxes. They know their trade, don’t rip people off, and deliver the kind of service you wish every company would. Highly recommend Jet Plus Plumbing for any plumbing needs—you won’t regret it!
