Albert's quick response and straight up communication was a breath of fresh air. He's a hard worker, including digging a massive hole and removing a root ball to access a poorly installed sewer access near the house. He was able to analyze the situation, give me options, and then complete a tricky repair with top materials in a timely manner. Very bad experience, and he was very unkind. Highly don't recommend.
Albert was always very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, he was unexperienced with hybrid water heaters when he convinced me to install one. Hybrid water heaters need a lot of open (warm-ish) space around them), he installed it in a small utility room. They are noisy, he installed it next to a bedroom. And he undersized it for a soaking tub in the house, so I can no longer use the tub. While my prior experiences with Jet were great, this one was a complete fail.
Don’t recommend. Was very unprofessional with scheduling, did not communicate well, didn’t show up to first scheduled appointment, then refused to find parts to solve the issue on our furnace! With a quick Google search I found the parts as well as instructions! Big waste of time- just all someone else for your service needs.
