If there’s one plumber to call it’s Tony at Jet Plumbing. He is always prompt, polite, and clean( he even puts booties on before he comes in your house). He is always willing to try and help over the phone before coming out. He explains the work that needs to be done and why and never cuts corners. Once you see it for yourself you won’t call anyone else.
Tony is absolutely amazing. Couldn't reccommend him more. He has helped me in West Hartford multiple times for repairs, service, and upgrades.
Tony is the best! He's always available for emergencies and does great work at fair prices. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my plumbing needs!
Our daughter moved into a new house and the hot water was running brown and cloudy. After several attempts to flush the system and troubleshoot, it was clear we needed an expert. I called Jet Plumbing at 7:30am on a Friday and asked if they could come out. Tony was there within a couple of hours and just a couple of hours after that, we had a new hot water heater. I had an emergency of sorts this afternoon. Due to health reasons, I can only use the bathroom on our first floor. The toilet became clogged and although I tried for an hour to clear it with a plunger, I was unsuccessful. I called Tony from JET Plumbing as he has been our plumber for years. He said he would be at our house ASAP and he was. After a few minutes with a huge drain cleaning tool, the toilet was thankfully back on line.
