Huge thank you to Tony from Jet Plumbing! What an incredible business owner. I was making an appt with him as there was a leak coming from the basement faucet. I placed a tote to catch the water in the meantime and while speaking to him on the phone, he pulled over and walked me through some steps to see if I can fix it and what do you know, it worked! Tony is the BEST! He is easy to get in touch with and always responsive. He came over to our house quickly when we had an emergency water problem which was so appreciated. He is knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. Not to mention he is just the nicest guy and has been so great to our family over the years. Highly, highly recommend!
Tony helped us drain, remove, and cap a leaking radiator (after hours!!) to avoid further water damage to our home. Tony and Jet Plumbing were referred to me by a good friend. I have never felt that they overcharged or were trying to sell me something I didn't need. In fact, before I found Jet Plumbing, I got a consultation from a large plumbing company in CT that recommended more work (cutting a large area in the living room wall) just to find where the leak.
