I paid Tony $3400 cash on January 7 (13 weeks since as of this writing) for a set of wheels, and was told they were ordered. After weeks of no updates I contacted the vendor (Matt at ICB Motorsport) and was informed no order had been placed for what we had agreed on. Performance in Oviedo involving prolonged delays, lack of communication, and unfulfilled financial and service commitments.
