I inquired about a vehicle and was told it was a consignment, so they do not provide any mechanic inspection report. Since I’m from out of province, I arranged for a local shop willing to inspect the vehicle for me, but the dealership declined to take it there for inspection. Very disappointing experience. Not sure how they expect to complete sales if they are unwilling to assist buyers with something as basic as a pre-purchase inspection.
Bought a GL550 and were able to find exactly the right spec. The entire transaction took about three weeks, everything was set up perfectly from start to finish. Couldn't be happier with the experience! Business done right.
My friend and I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership after purchasing a 2018 Mercedes-Benz C-Class. After the sale, we noticed scratches and dents on both rear doors that were never mentioned during the buying process. This should have been disclosed before the vehicle was sold. When we contacted the dealership to address the issue, the manager was unprofessional and unwilling to help.
