This company supplied and installed 2 rooftop package units on our new laundromat that were put into service September 1, 2021. It is now June 2024 and we have had to replace both units because the 2 installed less than 3 years ago by Jet Mechanical were junk!!! My colleague who built a laundromat a year after we did also used Jet Mechanical and he’s starting to have similar issues with his HVAC units. I’ve replaced both of my units (at a cost of nearly $30,000) using a different HVAC company!!

I was referred to them from previous owner, because they were the company that installed the A/C Unit. I wanted to keep the relationship going because I own several companies and I like using the same companies. The customer service was good, but the communication was terrible, I was charged a service fee for an hour and technician was only there 15 mins, just to tell me they have to come back the next day.
