Loved the hotel! The people, the cleanliness. Everything was great!

Just know that you are in for no service. They charged deposits on booking.com AND at the condo. Still haven't been reimbursed 2 weeks later. They don't pick up trash even. No clean towels unless you pay $30 for another set. Booked 2 rooms together and got rooms in 2 different towers! And they refused to change that. So we all tried to sleep in one room cause how am I gonna have my kids in another building 🙃. The rooms are not incredibly clean. Better off booking on the strip for less.
