As a new client, I have nothing but great things to say about our experience with Jet Link! Every time we come and go in all the locations, the staff is there helping, serving and smiling. Having just left 30 years of business travel with commercial airlines who act as if they don’t want you there, this is such a breath of fresh air!
One of the only businesses in town forcing their employees to work in the office when everyone else is working remotely. Not a great look in the midst of a global pandemic.
Not very professional. Being someone who has a lot of hands on experience and working hands on with many different charter companies they definitely rank at the bottom of the list. They have poor coordination coming from their ops center and their pilots never seem to have a clue what’s going on. If you want a good, safe part 91 or part 135 operation then call Wheels up, Netjets, or XOJet. Professional staff who are super at tending to their members' needs and are prepared in advance of travelers arrival. Cozy lounge if you happen to have a short wait. Everything you'd expect from private jet terminal.
