Called to get an appointment to get a quote to install an irrigation system at a recently purchased second home. Set appointment for a 4 PM appointment in five days. Texted my address and phone number so Jay would have it. Made a 100 mile plus drive to meet Jay. 4 PM came and went “no Jay”. 4:15 placed a call to him, no answer just a message to send him a text.
