They were assigned to me through warranty service and the technician misdiagnosed my unit and created a complete mess for me and my family. If you have other options please use them
With no other information other than, "My condenser unit is making strange noises," Bryson arrived (as scheduled), diagnosed the issue within seconds, made the repair (he came prepared with the replacement parts already in his vehicle), cleaned up and drank a Gatorade as he explained to me the repairs performed. I HIGHLY recommend Jet Heat & Air!
Our heater went out midnight, house was freezing in the AM. Called them at 9am and he was here by 1pm. Great work, on time, polite, professional! 10/10 recommend!!
