The best car wash in town
I had such a great experience at Jet Wash in Franklin. Not only did the car wash leave my car looking clean, but the staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my card not working, and they were so patient and quick to help me get it sorted out without making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. It really stood out to me how much they care about their customers and making sure you leave happy. Needs some improvement on the cleaning side. Seems we always have a number of areas that we have to hand wash afterwards. Also, hard to enter when you are coming from the south.
Car still dirty after a 25.00 wash. Top of car and trunk doest even look like it was was washed at all. Free vacuuming is great if they actually would suck up anything. Tried 2 different vacs with same result. Feel like this was a rip off to say the least
