I just wanted to vacuum the floors of my car and was told I had to pay for a car wash even though you advertise free vacuums. That is very deceptive.
I just want to say how Christy aka Red does such an amazing job. Since day one she has always been the one I see working her tail off. I’ve been a member since you opened and she is the reason we keep coming back. She always goes above and beyond and the level of respect she gives the customers and other employees is something most don’t know how to do. Keep up the great work and looking forward to many more years with Red as our number one.
Excellent car wash
Entire top of car was still dirty. Not just a film leftover, actual big spots of dirt over the entire surface. Tires on the right side only got about 70% of the tire shine around them. The free usage of the vacuum, window cleaner, and microfiber rags were a plus. Had to wipe off my hood at least because there was so much dirt leftover, but I don't like rubbing dirt into my paint so I left the rest un wiped and still dirty. I wouldn't recommend this car wash.
