Great wash and free vacuum. The free car air fresheners were a nice touch. Also, had a nice staff member return my car decals that fell off. He also checked in on me while I was vacuuming! Great customer service. Will be back.
I just wanna give Wesley a shout out. I brought a vehicle today that had been sitting under trees for a good while. During the pre-treatment, Wesley really took Some extra time to Give the vehicle a little more love than it really needed. This is great customer service!
This car wash was amazing! My car was covered in gunk, and came out looking brand new. Everyone was so friendly. I plan on booking a monthly package and coming back often. Definitely try them out if you haven't!
Incredible service! Wesley and his team put the extra time and the effort to make sure my Kia Soul was clean as if it was their own vehicle. Definitely recommended!
As a student at VT my first experience with JetExpress was when I was given a free Premium carwash from a worker named Zack when I told him I couldn't figure out the student discount. His kindness and the amazing car wash that I received made my experience something that will definitely call me back to Jet Express when I need another car wash in the future.
