Great Wash - my car wash clean & the vacuums work well!
I used to love this car wash and visit it frequently. On two different occasions, I've come by on a Sunday during their normal business hours and they were just closed. Last month, I struggled with getting through the prompts on the touchscreen because it seemed like the screen was burned out. I did make it through and got my car washed but there were no cloths in vacuum area. Not an attendant in sight. Great washer, but this only offers a mat cleaning station and vacuum. Most new age car washes offer a rag to wipe off excess water, an air hose to clean debris from the cracks inside your car. Lastly, there is usually a cleaning solution to use by the vacuum with the rags.
All I’m saying is that if someone is paying a monthly membership for something expecting it to be open as advertised and it’s not, I’d want my money back or to be compensated… it’s closed more than 30 minutes early.
