Nice, relaxing ride from Sandusky to Kelleys Island. Paid online the day before and showed the lady at the counter our receipt on the phone for verification. Got the package for family (2 adults, 2 kids), which included a golf cart to drive around Kelleys Island - Best Deal!
Enjoyed the ride the views the water people are kind they make you feel comfortable I enjoy the speed too .. Have fun

It's terrible that you cannot buy tickets on line, advance for Sandusky to KI! Drove from Cleveland, got shut out for the 12:30, after getting here at 11:30. Emailed Jet Express this past Thursday, no reply. So got on the 1:20. You used to be able to, not now. Also you need to better train your customer service reps, they treated this like it was advanced calculus. Normally I love you guys from Port Clinton and Sandusky, today not so much.
