Great work! Not overpriced like others
Hired for a job I was quoted 3500 for, gave him a 1500 down payment for labor only, since I already had materials. He worked a few days then disappeared and didn't respond. The last I hear was "be there at noon", and that was it. After some arguments he said well he charges 125/he and he worked 12 hours so I should do the math but the job wasn't an hourly job, it was 3500 for the whole thing and he did maybe 5%.
