Edit: pictures added to directly refute company response, you will see that they're rarely "in the area." Then, they give you no notice to launch a boat (per their directions, the JetDock was not to be used, the boat does not have bottom paint). "Late afternoon" is 12:30 apparently. On another occasion I guess they expected me to sit around for days waiting for their call giving me 30 minutes notice. No pricing available on their website. Then I asked the chat assistant for pricing. The chat assistant asked my city and state, then failed to give pricing. When things aren’t off to a good start, they usually don’t get any better.
Garbage company, and it looks like they basically infringed on other's intellectual property. I echo others, zero support after install. Even though their product damages your boat, they want you to pay over $2000 for a service call, because no one is ever in your area. They finally came one day and installed a whaler, but after one use that caught on the lower unit and now it's impossible to safely drive on and off, but hey, they'll come for $2400.
