Further edit: from the newest picture, you'll see someone thar sold one on FB marketplace. I knew the unit as it was unique and knew the seller installed it more recently. I own a jet ski rental business and have bought docks on six different occasions with a great experience every time.Renee always goes above and beyond to accommodate my order even if it a few small Part’s that I need or a large order. Dave and the warehouse crew always do a great job accommodating my pick up needs overall great experience across the board
Edit: pictures added to directly refute company response, you will see that they're rarely "in the area." Then, they give you no notice to launch a boat (per their directions, the JetDock was not to be used, the boat does not have bottom paint). "Late afternoon" is 12:30 apparently. On another occasion I guess they expected me to sit around for days waiting for their call giving me 30 minutes notice.
