private paid parking lot is never maintained, once it snows - no one cares to even cover with sand or salt, paid for parking ang got stuck right away, full of snow on ice, management doesnt care at all, just advised to call some towing, very nice!! we asked to help source some sand or salt, they just said no...

Not recommended! It says open 24/7, I talked to Dustin and drove 130 miles by the time I arrived at the facility they were closed and Dustin said he can come in 2 hours and charge me extra or will be back tomorrow. Drivers don’t count on this cross or else you will be left in the middle of nowhere.

Stay away drivers! This place should be closed! I had one pallet to cross dock on Saturday and agreed with Dustin for 425$, he said if I arrive after 12 noon the price will go up. I drove 4 hours and arrived there 11:55am and the office was closed, Dusted did not answer his phone until it passed 12 noon then he said “it is 12:01 we are closed, I can come in 3 hours”

This place is ripping you off. You call Dustin picks up the phone telling you 15$per pallet in and out. And then it turns out its a double that. Mack the owner is Dustins son. And the problem is not the fact that you put whatever prices you like just say it up front.
