This is the second time we went through Costco to get our blinds as we were very satisfied with customer service the first time. Now, the old drapes had broken when we moved into our recently purchased house. The representative made good suggestions for what kind would be ideal for our new home since it has many windows. We needed privacy and light. He also made sure that we received 15% back from Costco. The installation was done on time and the drapes are definitely very easy to operate and satisfy our needs
