I have never had better service from a dealership then I get from Jet. John and Justin know me and my cars and consistently help me solve issues and help me keep my vehicles running smoothly. I get in and out fast and they always go the extra mile with me. I am very thankful that they work there as great customer service means quite a bit to me. Thank you again for everything. Three stars is based from my long standing business relationship with the folks at the front counter in the shop. The last three or four times I have had my vehicle serviced at this dealership they have forgotten or the excuse of "our technician who was working on your particular vehicle has now gone home" has created a lack of trust with the maintenance shop.
